Shiloh graduated from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy in 1990. She has completed additional course work in Sports Massage, Reflexology, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Cancer Massage, and Advanced Myofascial Techniques, as well as Assessment and Treatment Strategies with Whitney Lowe. More than 20 years of experience in therapeutic, medical, educational, and spa settings have helped her develop a well-rounded approach to bodywork. While specializing in deep tissue and myofascial work, she tailors each session to her client’s individual needs. Shiloh also teaches weight lifting classes locally and is an avid runner, biker, swimmer, and skier.
